EcoTHRIVE Housing is a 501c3 nonprofit organization creating permanently affordable, community-owned, climate-adaptive housing. We design small, efficient homes, shared spaces, and ownership models together — so housing remains affordable over time, communities stay rooted, and people can thrive in a changing climate, now and for future generations.

Many housing solutions either become unaffordable over time or rely on ongoing subsidy without building community capacity. EcoTHRIVE addresses both by combining permanent affordability, shared ownership, climate-resilient design, and intentional social and governance structures.

We integrate three things usually treated separately:

● The physical design of homes and land, including the ability to grow food.

● The social and governance structures that support cooperation and stewardship.

● The financial and ownership model that keeps housing affordable long-term.

This integration is what allows affordability, resilience, and community to endure together
