Who We  Are

Where We’re Rooted

Our Roots

EcoTHRIVE Housing didn’t begin in a boardroom—we began by listening.

In parks, food banks, farmers markets, and festivals across King County, Washington; we invited people to create art with us and asked a simple question: What do you need to thrive?

Across hundreds of conversations, clear themes emerged. People need beauty, connection, dignity, and housing they can afford over the long term. Those insights shaped ecoTHRIVE’s approach: permanently affordable, climate-adaptive, community-owned housing rooted in shared stewardship and designed to grow and evolve for generations.
